2.3. If you are running late, please notify your braider as soon as possible. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensure smooth operations for all clients. We recommend planning your day accordingly to allow ample time for your service.

4.1. Jenny Luxe Braids specializes in creating exquisite African hair braids. Each session is a dedicated endeavor to craft personalized and artistic braiding styles.

4.3. We work with all hair types. However, if you have specific concerns such as alopecia, thin hair, or very thick hair, we recommend booking a consultation first. This allows us to assess your hair and determine the best approach for your braiding experience.

5.2. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
5.3. Service prices are listed on our website and are dependent on the complexity of the chosen braiding style.
6.1. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
